Alice Abbott

Alice is currently working as a freelance professional ballet dancer. Alice studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where she achieved her BA in Modern Ballet, and since graduating, has danced with Ballet de Barcelona, Ukrainian Classical Ballet and taken part in smaller creative projects. As a dancer who has experienced the difficulties of trying to overcome RED-D, she is passionate about spreading awareness of the condition and trying to help educate people about how to both prevent and recover from it. She hopes to be a voice that resonates with dancers who are struggling with their symptoms and wishes to benefit others by giving them the strength to overcome RED-D, whilst continuing to have a career in the ballet industry.

Precious Adams

Precious is a world class black ballerina born in Canton Michigan. She is apart of the some of the leading black ballerinas leading the way towards diversifying the classical arts.

She is currently a First Soloist with the English National Ballet. Precious has trained for 3 years at the Bolshoi Academy in Moscow, Russia as well as at the Princess Grace Academy in Monte Carlo, Monaco and The National Ballet School in Toronto, Canada. Precious Adams has won several awards, including two prizes at the Prix de Lausanne (arguably the most prestigious ballet competition in the world) in 2014 she was named The Best Contemporary Dancer. Also in 2014 she was medalist and prize winner at The National Young Arts Foundation in the field of dance. Her other awards and achievements include The Best Emerging Artist Award in 2018 from the National Dance Awards Critics Circle and many more including the Evening Standards top 100 Most influential Artists 2018 and People’s Choice award 2022 and 2024.

Precious performs all over the world with the English National Ballet and has done some notable lead roles like the coveted Chosen One in Pina Bausch’s The Rite of Spring, Cinderella in Christopher Wheeldon’s Cinderella at he Royal Albert Hall, Sugar Plum in the Nutcracker and Myrtha in Giselle and leading roles in the works of David Dawson and William Forsyth. Although Precious is normally a very busy ballerina traveling the world with English National Ballet she has always had a passion for authentic self expression and development, she has played a big role in helping the classical art forms creature works that relevant and inclusive for the future. Precious is also a part-time student in Computer Science with the University of London Goldsmiths.

Jenna Roberts

Australian born Jenna Roberts’s career spanned 15yrs dancing professionally as a Principal in the UK. Jenna trained at the Marie Walton-Mahon Dance Academy. She then joined The Royal Ballet school in 2001 on a full scholarship where she studied for 3yrs. In 2003 Jenna then joined The Birmingham Royal Ballet where she reached the rank of Principal dancer. Jenna has danced numerous ballets on stages all over the world. Jenna retired from ballet in 2018 and went on to study pilates with Alan Herdman, She then went on to teach at pilates studios and opened her own studio in London where her clientele included members of The Royal family. Jenna is currently working for Progressing Ballet Technique, an exercise based program that helps dancers rehabilitate from injuries and in injury prevention.

Miranda Silveira

Miranda Silveira is a passionate freelance ballet dancer with over ten years of international stage experience, bringing her love for dance to audiences around the world. Born in Brazil and raised in Spain, she has trained in both ballet and modern dance, enabling her to be versatile in her craft.

Her career includes dancing with prestigious companies such as San Francisco Ballet, Compañía Nacional de Danza, The Joffrey Ballet, Svendborg Ballet Theater, and London City Ballet. She has performed works by celebrated choreographers like Archibald, Balanchine, Byrd, DeLuz, Marston, Peck, Pita, and Wheeldon. Currently, Miranda is working on a world premiere collaboration with Laura Arnd and is engaged with "Blacks in Ballet" to reconnect with her Brazilian roots. She also holds a nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition, obtained in 2022, which highlights her commitment to holistic health and well-being. Passionate about integrating dance with educational initiatives, Miranda focuses on sharing knowledge to improve both performance and health in the dance community.

Clara Superfine

Clara Superfine is an Amsterdam based researcher in dance, social safety and sustainable careers in the arts & cultural sectors. Born in North Carolina, she received her ballet training at the UNC School of the Arts, continuing on with the American Ballet Theatre JKO School and Studio Company in New York City. Afterwards, Clara moved to the Netherlands to join Dutch National Ballet. Her passion for empowering artists led Clara to co-found Dancers Amplified, a global collective developing best practices for an anti-racist and equitable future in the concert dance field. She also co-organized the Bodily Autonomy & Integrity Cohort, which is researching the possibilities for self advocacy within the collective body. She is currently working with The Dance Safe Alliance (Alliantie Dans Veilig), a project funded by the Dutch government to make dance socially safer across all levels and forms. Alongside her professional work, Clara is pursuing a Master’s degree in Arts & Cultural Enterprise at The University of Arts London.
